John Stamoulis, Chief Operating Officer, holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University in New York City and completed graduate studies in Construction Management at Manhattan University. With decades of experience in real estate development and construction, John has contributed to the development of more than 10 million square feet of mixed-use projects.
John’s background spans luxury residential development, high-rise condominium and rental communities, affordable and market-rate multifamily housing, hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, healthcare, higher education, restaurant and office projects. His experience covers the full development lifecycle, including conceptual master planning, pre-construction, budgeting, value engineering, design, purchasing and field operations. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles including President, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for several well-regarded organizations.
As Chief Operating Officer, John oversees development and construction operations, business operations and internal systems. He provides leadership and direction to support operational controls, reporting structure and team performance to support company growth and financial strength. His leadership style is grounded in three core principles: integrity, honesty and mutual respect.

$350M development of one of the nation’s most prestigious senior living communities, encompassing 16 mid-rise buildings defined by exacting standards and high-end finishes.
Led the $90M development of this 14-story luxury tower, managing the full lifecycle from initial zoning and budgeting to the final execution of 58 ultra-luxury condo units.
Directed Phase 1 of this landmark $2B master plan, including two 22-story towers, 224 luxury units and extensive resort amenities including a man-made lagoon and world-class golf facilities.
Managed the horizontal master development of a 550-acre waterfront site, directing everything from mass site clearing and spine road construction to complex environmental permitting.
Self-performed all horizontal development for this 10-acre luxury enclave, preparing the infrastructure for 17 high-end estates.
Spearheaded the design-build delivery of various single-family homes, utilizing integrated architectural and engineering plans to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.
